*Beware of Fake Twitter Accounts*

 

There has been a few scams on Twitter lately
 regarding fake accounts.
Attempts have been made to scam people for cp related codes:

 

Membership Codes

Treasure Book Codes

Club Penguin Magazine Codes

 

Sadly for those who thought they were doing a

 legitimate trade, got nothing in return for their codes

 

In the hope that it will help, I want to give you all some
advice on how to spot a fake account. 
 

The first thing I do is look at their profile page, looking at how many

followers/following and how many tweets they have.

If all these 3 are low in number,

I start to get suspicious. Then I would look at what tweets they have done.

Finally I would look at who they are following.

Also you can ask around, see if other people know anything about them.

 

Usually from this info you can get an idea if they
 are fake and are just trying to scam you.
